Description

The California Industrial Development Financing Advisory Commission (CIDFAC) was created to advise local governments and independently review tax-exempt industrial development bonds (IDBs) applications that are used for public benefit. IDBs are tax-exempt securities issued on behalf of a private company to provide money for the acquisition, construction and rehabilitation of facilities or the purchase of equipment.
