MODESTO – Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. will attend a dedication ceremony tomorrow in Modesto for the new Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Detention Center, which is funded in part by the state and will include space for rehabilitation programs as well as medical and mental health treatment.
