Government Code section 11146 requires all covered state officials to complete an ethics orientation conducted by their agency every two years. - Lobbyist Ethics Orientation - California Fair Political Practices Commission
Every individual who registers as a lobbyist under California's state lobbying disclosure law must attend a lobbyist ethics orientation course every two years. The lobbyist ethics orientation course is conducted by the Assembly Legislative Ethics Committee (916/319-3752) and the Senate Committee on Legislative Ethics (916/324-6929). The course is conducted at least twice each year. A small fee is charged for the course.
