Ethics Training and Orientation

• Ethics Training Course for State Officials - California Attorney General and Fair Political Practices Commission
  Government Code section 11146 requires all covered state officials to complete an ethics orientation conducted by their agency every two years. Link to an online version of an ethics course for state officials devised by the State Attorney General's office and the Fair Political Practices Commission to help state officials meet this requirement.
• Lobbyist Ethics Orientation - California Fair Political Practices Commission
  Every individual who registers as a lobbyist under California's state lobbying disclosure law must attend a lobbyist ethics orientation course every two years. The lobbyist ethics orientation course is conducted by the Assembly Legislative Ethics Committee (916/319-3752) and the Senate Committee on Legislative Ethics (916/324-6929). The course is conducted at least twice each year. A small fee is charged for the course.
